All units are self-contained and self-catering. We have a selection of 2 bedroom units with either sea or river views, open plan living, 1 full bathroom, and guest cloakroom. We also have 3 Bedroom units with open plan living, 2 bathrooms and a guest cloakroom - our 3 bedroom units all have river views.

Linen is provided and towels may be hired and DSTV is available in certain units. 2 Bed Unit Each room ( 2 per unit ) has built in cupboards is carpetted and has either a window or door leading onto small balcony with either sea or river views. The main bedroom has a dressing table and mirror for grooming. Duplex 2 Bed Unit Settler Sands consists of a number of 2 bedroom apartments with a bathroom plus seperate loo and basin downstairs.

The main room has a double bed, built in cupboards, balcony and sea views. The second bedroom has a bunk bed and single bed/ or two single beds. The bedrooms are usually carpeted and the bathrooms tiled.

Linen is provided. A neat kitchen,with dining and living areas downstairs and some units have enclosed courtyard with an outside shower and wash-line. All units have a braai/barbecue.
